IF YOU USE THIS SITE FROM OTHER LOCATIONS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS. ATV CONNECTION INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE MATERIALS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS SITE ARE APPROPRIATE FOR LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED-STATES.

 

Warranty Coverage 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will provide warranty coverage to Customers who have made a purchase directly through ATV Connection Inc. Warranty coverage is not transferrable to second-hand purchasers of ATV CONNECTION products.

 

  1. The 90cc-250cc Super Pocket Bikes and ATV's feature the following warranty coverage:

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will cover both the parts and shipping costs associated with any defective component during the first month of ownership.

 

  1. Following the first month of ownership, but prior to the expiry of a period of 6 months since the date of ownership, ATV Connection Inc. will cover the costs of any defective component, excluding the frame and subject to an administration and shipping fee associated with the replacement of the defective component.

 

  1. The Warranty period will come to an end at the expiry of a period of 6 months from the date of ownership, subject to any extended warranty offered by ATV Connection Inc. purchased at the time of the order.                                                                                                                                          
  2. In the event that an extended warranty was purchased at the time of the order, ATV Connection Inc. will cover the cost of any defective component, including defects related to the engine and transmission of the product. During this extended warranty timeframe, ATV Connection will cover the cost of any defective component related to the engine and transmission under normal use and care. The owner will remain liable for a small administration and shipping fees related to engine and transmission components that need replacing. Where required, the extended warranty package will be pro-rated according to the findings of a defective component review and Spectrometric Oil Analysis provided to you from ATV Connection Inc.

 

  1. ATV Connection makes no express or implied representations and warranties that it will be able to replace body fairings in the original colours of the product purchased by the Customer. In the event that the Customer is not satisfied with the colour of the replacement fairings, he will be responsible to arrange for painting of the replacement body fairing, at his own expense. Due to the fragile nature of body fairings, they are not covered by any warranty.

 

  1. The 49cc Super Pocket Bikes and ATV's feature the following warranty coverage:

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will cover both the parts and shipping costs associated with any defective component during the first month of ownership.

 

  1. Following the first month of ownership, but prior to the expiry of a period of 6 months since the date of ownership, ATV Connection Inc. will cover the costs of any defective component, excluding the frame and subject to an administration and shipping fee associated with the replacement of the defective component.

  1. The Electric ATV’s and Moped Scooters feature the following warranty coverage:

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will cover both the parts and shipping costs associated with any defective component during the first month of ownership.

 

  1. Following the first month of ownership, but prior to the expiry of a period of 6 months since the date of ownership, ATV Connection Inc. will cover the costs of any defective component, excluding the frame and subject to an administration and shipping fee associated with the replacement of the defective component.

  1. Exclusions

All Physical Damage related to shipping must be reported within 48 hours of time of delivery. This time will be validated via the online shipping portal. Physical parts needed after this 48 hour window will need to be purchased. 

The following causes of damage are excluded from ATV Connection’ Warranty programs:

 

  1. All damages caused by accidents, whether intentional or due to negligent or improper operation of the vehicle.

 

  1. All modifications or alterations to any standard specifications or equipment. All upgrades, modifications or installation of after-market parts must be done at the Customer’s own risk, and the Customer is liable for any damages caused due to such alterations.

 

  1. All damages caused by negligent use of parts which were not provided or recommended by ATV Connection Inc. for repairs or alterations to standard specifications.

 

  1. All damages caused by failure to perform factory scheduled service maintenance. Buyer is entirely responsible for the maintenance of purchased product.

 

  1. All damages occurred as a result of improper storage.

 

  1. All damages caused by the improper or negligent use of fuel or lubricants, and/or failure to use proper oil/gas mixture on 2-stroke models.

 
 

  1. The following standard wear and tear parts are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:

 

  1. Rubber parts
  2. Tires
  3. Belts
  4. Brake linings
  5. Brake parts
  6. Cables
  7. Filters
  8. Spark plugs
  9. Bulbs
  10. Batteries
  11. Sprockets
  12. External springs
  13. Seat
  14. Hand grips.

 
 

  1. All servicing made to ATV Connection products must be carried out by qualified professionals to maintain warranty coverage. Failure to utilize qualified personal to effect repairs will result in the warranty coverage being cancelled.

 

  1. Failure to inspect damages on delivery will prevent the Customer from filing a damage claim at the expiry of 48 hours from the time of delivery and Customer will be liable to pay for replacement parts. Please review the PDI Process information by clicking here

 

Assembly

  1. Unless stated otherwise, ATV Connection Inc. will fully test and assemble up to 85% of the product prior to shipping. Upon delivery, depending on the model purchased, the Customer will be responsible for the remaining required assembly. ATV Connection Inc. can provide its customers with Technical Support and Instructional materials, upon request. In some instances depending on the Customer’s mechanical experience and abilities, it may be necessary for the vehicle to be setup and inspected by a local service center for proper set-up and tuning, prior to initial use.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will securely place its larger products in a protective crate. Certain parts and materials may be found inside the storage compartment found underneath the seat of the vehicle.

 

  1. The Customer will be responsible to carefully verify that all screws, nuts and bolts are well tightened prior to using the vehicle for the first time, and will also take reasonable steps to periodically do safety inspections of the bike before driving.

 

  1. The Customer will always ensure that all fluid levels are proper enough to safely operate the vehicle according to the manufacturer’s recommended specifications. ATV Connection Inc. strongly recommends that the Customer replace the existing motor/engine oil (i.e ”packing oil") already in the vehicle’s motor/engine, after a 25 hours break-in period. For the vehicles first oil change, ATV Connection Inc. recommends to use the premium Amsoil product provided.

 
 

Returns

  1. All returns must be pre-authorized by ATV CONNECTION Inc. Buyer will contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning the purchased item. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Upon receipt of the RMA number, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the vehicle and all accessories therein at his own expense.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will not accept Freight collect or COD packages.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. is authorized to process a reduction on a refund if item is not returned in its original packaging, or if there is sign of minor usage visible on the vehicle. ATV Connection Inc. will not accept any returns on a vehicle that has sustained damages during the shipping arranged by the Customer.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. is authorized to apply a restocking fee ranging between 30% - 35% on ALL returns. The restocking fee will be determined according to the condition of the returned item.

 

  1. At the expiry of a period of 14 days following the date of delivery, and upon the vehicle being operated, the Buyer will be ineligible for a return, exchange or a full refund. Customer may send back the vehicle or parts at his own expense. ATV Connection Inc. will repair the damage and send it back to the customer, subject to a shipping fee. 

 

  1. Shipping expenses are not refundable. The original freight expense will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

 

  1. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs, subject to a 35% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made by email ONLY.

 

  1. All refunds will be processed within three (3) to five (5) Business days upon the item being delivered back to an ATV Connection warehousing facility. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed and can be shipped back to the Customer.

 

Layaway

  1. Upon the Customer making a minimum deposit of $100.00, ATV Connection will set aside the item of his choice in its inventory, free of any interest charge or additional service fees , up-to a maximum period of 10 months from the day the deposit is made. ATV Connection Inc. will only ship out the item once the balance is paid in full.

 

  1. Should the Customer need longer than 10 months, ATV Connection Inc. will extend the layaway period for an additional 3 months, subject to a one-time extension fee of $69.00.

 

  1. Layaways can be transferred to other products at any time during the layaway period, at the customer’s request, conditional upon the new item being in stock at the time of the request.

 

  1. Customer may request to cancel the layaway at any moment. ALL layaway payments and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Copyright Policy 

  1. ATV Connection and/or its affiliates are the copyright owners of all material found on the present site and no portion of this site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without ATV Connection Inc.'s express written consent, except as provided for herein. Modification or use of the material on this site for any commercial purpose violates the legal rights of ATV Connection Inc. and its affiliates.

Inventory and Stock Availabilities

Although the specifications, features, illustrations, and other information contained on the present website are based upon up-to-date information, and while ATV Connection makes all reasonable efforts to insure that all material on this site is correct and up-to-date, accuracy cannot be guaranteed and ATV Connection Inc. makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. This site, and all information and materials contained herein, is provided to you 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

 

  1. Prices, colours, and models are subject to change without notice. ATV Connection Inc. makes no guarantees as to any representations regarding Inventory. Product availability is provided on an “as available” basis and is subject to change depending on Sales Volume.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that its website’s inventory is updated on a regular basis to illustrate product availability. In the event that an out-of-stock unit is purchased on the website, ATV Connection Inc. will take all necessary steps to provide Customer with an appropriate alternative of similar value, or issue a refund, at Customer’s request.

 

Shipping Policy

  1. Belmonte Bikes LTD has full discretion regarding the method of transportation in which its Products or other items will be sent to the Customer. Shipping methods include, but are not limited to Freight Carrier Services, USPS, UPS and Canada Post.

 

  1. Belmonte Bikes LTD. will make all reasonable efforts to process all orders within 1 to 3 Business Days following the date of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability and Sales volume. ATV Connection Inc. will process orders on a “first come, first serve” basis, and will notify Customer of any unusual delays that may occur.

 

  1. Belmonte Bikes LTD. will pre-inspect all orders before shipment for any apparent defects. ATV Connection Inc. is authorized to refuse to ship an item if the latter does not pass inspection. If the defective product becomes out-of-stock, ATV Connection Inc. will take all necessary steps to provide Customer with an appropriate alternative of similar value, or issue a refund, at Customer’s request.

 

  1. Belmonte Bikes LTD will provide tracking information once the item has been shipped. An email confirmation will be sent to Customer upon shipment; this email will contain tracking information and instructions. The tracking number will update within 24 to 48 hours from time of pickup by the designated Carrier, before it can be tracked. Upon receiving the tracking number, Customer is responsible to contact the Carrier directly for inquiries regarding, but not limited to, delivery date, time of delivery and appointments.

 

  1. Belmonte Bikes LTD. will not be responsible for any fees that may be charged by the Carrier due to the Customer’s failure to be present for delivery. Customer accepts to pay for the fees before scheduling for another appointment for delivery.

 

  1. Customer is responsible to inspect the package on delivery before signing off with the driver. Customer must inspect all Packages and promptly report any and all visible damages to the driver. Buyer who fails to report damages that otherwise would have been detected by a simple inspection at the time of delivery will be denied a damage claim and must pay for replacement parts.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will ship items for FREE to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal will contact Customer when item arrives to advise that the item is ready for pickup. If the Buyer rather selected the Residential Home Delivery option, the delivery terminal will contact Customer to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be scheduled within a 4-hour window.

 

  1. By selecting the Residential Home Delivery option, the item will be delivered to the threshold of the building. Freight service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage, covered porch or just inside the exterior door of the building. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

 

  1. Customer must promptly inspect the item(s) upon delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Customer must note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, must note "refused due to damage" on the

 

  1. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.

 
 

MSO / MCO / Registration

  1. ATV Connection Inc. warrants that all of its listed items are EPA approved, and, unless stated otherwise, are sold as authorized off-road vehicles.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will provide the Buyer with a factory standard Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) which may be used for registration. ATV Connection Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, that the vehicle purchased will be registrable for road use, and meets all regulatory requirements of the State in which it was delivered to.

 

  1. The Customer will be responsible to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the purchased vehicle meets the local State requirements for registration. ATV Connection Inc. encourages all customers to inquire with their local DMV or State authority, prior to purchasing an item intended for Road use.

 

  1. ATV Connection Inc. will not issue any refunds on the basis that the Customer was unable to register a vehicle.

 

Legal Disclaimer

  1. Purchaser acknowledges the nature of motor vehicle use and motorcycle-related activities and will ensure that the user is qualified to operate said motor vehicle, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.

 

  1. Purchaser agrees to assume all inherent risks when allowing others to operate the purchased item. Adult supervision required for children under the age of 16.

 

  1. Purchaser assumes all risks and dangers related to the use of the purchased motor vehicle, including but not limited to disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of participation in the aforementioned activities.

 

  1. Purchaser expressly releases ATV Connection Inc. and all its affiliates of any liability for damages arising from the use or misuse of the purchased vehicle, including but not limited to, loss of revenue and for any monetary damages suffered due to manufacturer defects.

 

  1. Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the purchased motor vehicle in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that its bikes are legal for operation in specific City, State or Province.
